Cancelling a Travel booking:


If your travel plans change and you must cancel your booking, please do so as soon as possible. Many products have strict cancellation and refund policies and are, in some cases, non-refundable (refer to your booking Terms & Conditions for full details). If you do not cancel in advance, you may incur a “no-show” fee and any other supplier fees charged.

The Worldwide Travel advisors will process an application to the client's requirements and requests and will not be responsible for any incorrect information the client provides. Should the Worldwide Travel advisors have caused any of the above through error or omission, our liability is strictly limited to the cost-of-service fee. The Worldwide Travel advisors cannot accept any responsibility for consequential loss, such as, but not limited to, lost profits/income, lost business, etc.


Passports & Visas:


Please ensure you have a passport valid for the duration of your trip. (Some destinations require your passport to be valid for a certain length; generally, it is valid for six months after you complete your travel.) You may also be required to obtain a visa for some destinations (including transit points), and it is your responsibility to do so prior to travel.


When making a booking, you must ensure that your name (and the name of any person(s) for whom you are making a booking) matches exactly the name as it appears in your (or the person(s) for whom you are making the booking’s) passport.

Failure to travel with the correct documentation could result in the passenger being refused travel, entry to the country of their destination or stop-over or transit point, deportation, or incarceration. In such circumstance(s), you will be solely responsible for any cost, loss, or damage that you or we (or our agents or servants) incur. We accept no responsibility for customers who do not possess the correct documents and Visas.
